Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. of ground turkey
    1 small onion, diced
    1 large bell pepper, diced
    1 can (29oz) diced tomatoes
    1 (10oz) can tomato soup (or sauce)
    1 (14oz) can chicken broth
    2 cups of cooked rice
    1 Tbs. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt & pepper to taste
    (optional) low fat cheese for topping

Directions

brown ground turkey with onions and bell peppers over medium high heat.
When cooked add diced tomatoes, chicken broth and tomato soup (or sauce). Stir well.
Add cooked rice and stir again.
Add seasonings and then heat through to boiling.

Serving Size: makes 8-- 1 cup servings
