Ingredients

    ! 25 oz jar of Simply Enjoy Fra Diavolo sauce
    1/2 can tomato paste
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tblspoon dry basil
    1 zucchini squash chopped
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    1 tblspoon extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 pd bay scallops
    1/2 pd large shrimp

Tips

I served with 1/2 cup of whole grain spaghetti and salad. Calories not included in recipe. I also sprinkled a bit of crushed red pepper into mixture to enhance spice.


Directions

Chop onions and squash. Heat olive oil in large frying pan. Add garlic and onions, sautee about 5 minutes. Add squash, cook till just tender. Sprinkle with basil. Add shrimp and scallops, cover and simmer until shrimp are pink and scallops are white (about 10 minutes) Drain juice. Add fra diavolo pasta sauce and tomato paste, stir and simmer another 10 minutes
