Introduction

Rice Pudding Rice Pudding
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Eggs beaten

    1 Cup Milk Scalded

    1 Cup light cream Scalded

    1/2 Cup Sugar

    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

    1 pinch of Nutmeg

    1 + 1/2 Cups of Cooked Rice

    1/3 Cup Raisins

Tips

Oven @ 350........Pudding will bake with a custard layer on top. For a more even distribution of rice and raisins, stir carefully after 30 minutes of baking.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in 2 qt. baking dish: Mix thoroughly. Place casserole (baking) dish in pan filled 1" deep with HOT water. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes. Or, when a knife is inserted halfway between center and edge of dish comes out clean.....Serve warm or cold as it is good either way
