Ingredients

    - 1 1/4 cup (1 can) chickpeas/garbanzo beans
    - 2 tsp vanilla extract
    - 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter or cashew butter or hazelnut butter...nutri info will alter)
    - 1 tsp baking powder
    - pinch salt IF peanut butter does not have any
    - 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (or raisins or walnuts or roasted flax seeds...nutri info will alter)


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in food processor until very smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Wet hands and form 1" balls and place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 30 1" inch balls.
