Ingredients

    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in half & pounded
    1 egg white
    1/3 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp parsley
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    salt
    pepper
    butter flavored cooking spray

Tips

When doubling or tripling this recipe, you don't necessarily need to double or triple all the ingredients. I always have wet mixture leftover, and it's not hard to mix up, so I suggest using what you have first and if you need more making it up!


Directions

Spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Beat together egg white & balsamic vinegar in one shallow bowl.
Combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic salt and garlic powder in another shallow bowl.
Dip chicken breast in wet mixture, then into dry mixture, add to pan.
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt & pepper, to taste.
Spray with cooking spray (if desired)
Bake on 375 for 20-25 minutes, until juice runs clear.
