Nutmeg, grated whole nutmeg, 1 tsp

Premium Sweetened Dried Cranberries , 1/2 cup
Apples, Braeburn fresh with skin, 5 medium
1.5 cup *oats - Organic thick rolled oats - Natural Grocers
.50 Arowhead Mills Gluten Free Pancake & Baking Mix
.50 c. *brown sugar, light, pure cane, or brown coconut sugar
.25 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
.25 c unsalted Butter or coconut oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 475
Combine first 4 ingredients, add cranberries, let stand while preparing apples.
peel, core and slice apples 9 c. worth
add apples to cranberry mixture, stirring to coat. Pour apple mixture into 13x9 glass or ceramic dish coated with cooking spray.
lightly spoon baking mix into a dry measuring cup level with knife. Combine with next 3 ingredients, add butter, tossing with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle oat mixture over apple mixture. cover with foil
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes, uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, cool on rack for 15 min. serve
