Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    4.5 Cups Gluten Free Oats
    1 Cup All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 Cup Natural Sugar Free Peanut Butter
    1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
    1 Cup Light Agave Nectar

    (possible add ins: raisins, unsweetened carob chips, dried fruit)

Tips

Can be stored in the fridge or freezer for long term storage.


Directions

Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish. Preheat oven to 325. Combine all ingredients (except for add ins) in a large mixture and beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in add ins, if any. Press into baking dish. Press firmly, or bars can get crumbly. Bake for 25 min. Remove and let cool for 10 min. Cut and serve!
