Introduction

Ingredients

    6 deli slices of your choice
    6 eggs
    1 - 2 tablespoons of your favourite veggies (red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, tomato, onions, garlic, etc.)
    salt, pepper, or your favourite spices to taste

Tips

Delicious with hot sauce!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Line a muffin tin with one deli slice per cup. (I used Yves turkey or salami deli slices.)

sprinkle diced veggies inside the cups. (I used red bell pepper in the photo, but have used a combination of several types.)

Crack one egg in each of the cups.

Season with a dash of salt, pepper, and even your favourite spice (smoked paprika, cumin, etc.)

Bake in 350 oven for 12 - 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 breakfast cups
