Ingredients

365 Organic Quinoa, .50 cup (remove) (cooked according to instructions)
Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) (remove)
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
Ginger Root, 2 slices (1" dia) (remove)
*Clove of Garlic, 1 serving (remove)
*MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 0.50 tsp (remove)
*Garam Masala, 0.50 tsp (remove)
*Curry Powder, 0.50 tsp (remove)
*mustard seed, .25 tsp (remove)
*Cayenne Pepper, .13 tsp (remove)
*365 organic virgin coconut oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine all ingredients and mix in large bowl
Form mixture into 8 patties
Place patties on large baking sheet covered with parchment paper
Brush top of burgers with coconut oil
Bake 15 mins and then flip burgers and coat with coconut oil again. Bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 8 burgers
