Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 oz Cellophane Noodles (Bean Thread)
    2 tbsp Canola Oil
    2 tsp Garlic (minced)
    2 tbsp Shallots (sliced)
    6 oz Ground Pork
    2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
    1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 or 2 stalk Green Onions (chopped)
    1 or 2 Thai Fresh Hot Chilli Peppers (chopped)

Directions

Soak the noodles in warm water for 25 minutes and drain. Meanwhile, mince garlic and slice shallots. Chop green onions and Thai fresh hot chili peppers.

Heat wok or large skillet on high heat. Add oil and heat until it begins to smoke. Add the shallots, garlic and ground pork. Cook for about 3 minutes, tossing and stirring to mix the ingredients together.

Add the noodles and stir to mix all the ingredients. Continue to toss and stir, adding the light soy sauce.

Add the sesame oil, green onion and fresh hot Thai chili peppers and combine well with the other ingredients.
