Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 cans chicken (5 oz. each)
    .25 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped apple (with skin)
    1.5 oz. chopped or sliced raw almonds
    1 oz. craisins
    3 tbsp. mayonnaise
    3 cups chopped or shredded lettuce

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except lettuce) into a bowl and chill. Serve over lettuce.

Serving Size: Makes 3 1-cup servings
