Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 slices whole-grain bread
1 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
6 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese, sliced into strips
8 black or green olives, sliced in half

Tips

If desired, layer pepperoni on top of the sauce but under the cheese. You can also add half a small tomato slice as a mouth.
This would also work with deli meat--just skip the pizza sauce.

Directions

Untoasted:
Top each slice of bread with two tablespoons of sauce.
Arrange the strips of cheese to look like bandages, leaving space between each one and alternating the direction.
Place the olive slices on the bread as "eyes."
