Ingredients

    1 banana, sliced in half
    2 popsicle sticks or wooden skewers
    1/4 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
    4 mini chocolate chips

Tips

Greek yogurt sticks to the bananas better than regular yogurt.


Directions

Carefully poke the banana onto the skewer.
Spread the yogurt over the bananas.
Gently place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment or waxed paper.
Adorn with two mini chocolate chips as eyes.
Freeze until firm and serve.

    It's not just for Halloween. You can use any flavor yogurt and add anything you want. I did this with my kids and we added granola. Great alternative to a popsicle, especially if you're trying to teach your kids healthy habits. PS: The yogurt sticks better to pre-frozen bananas. - 10/20/13
