Ingredients

    1 Cup Green Bell Peppers, Sliced
    1 Cup Yellow Bell Peppers, Sliced
    1 Cup Red Bell Peppers, Sliced
    1 Large Onion, Thinly Sliced
    1 Cup, Fresh Snow Peas
    1 Lb Chicken Breast, Cubed
    1 tsp Soy Sauce
    4 La Tortilla Whole Wheat low Carb Tortilla
    1 Cup Large Red Ripe Tomato, Chopped

Directions

Spray a stir fry pan with cooking spray & heat on medium heat.
Add cubed chicken & stir fry until no longer pink & cooked thrrough.
Add all vegetables & stir fry for 2-3 minutes until mixed in well with chicken.
Add soy sauce & stir fry another 1-2 minutes.
Turn off heat & serve with chopped tomato & low carb wraps (which can be heated in microwave for 20-30 seconds).
