Ingredients

    6 tablespoons butter
    6 tablespoons flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    6 cups milk (I use 1%)
    1 lb sausage, cooked
    6 cups peeled and chopped potatoes, cooked
    1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, chunked

Directions

Melt butter. Add flour and salt to make a paste. Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add sausage and potatoes. Heat and add cheese. Stir until melted.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1-cup servings
