Ingredients

    1/2 c. Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla (30 calorie version)
    1/4 C. Fat-Free Yogurt, Vanilla
    1 tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup (good quality)
    1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1/2 c. Plus 1 tbsp. Pure Pumpkin Puree

Tips

Top with 1 graham cracker square (crushed) for an extra treat. This will alter the nutritional value by about 60 additional calories if using plain graham crackers.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender (in order listed) and mix until well blended.
If a frostier beverage is desired, add 4-8 ice cubes and blend again until ice is combined well.
Serve.
