Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 cans white beans (rinse these to save on sodium)
    1 can chicken broth
    1 small can (4 oz) of chopped green chilis
    1 small onion
    1 teaspoon chopped garlic (or to taste, I usually put more!)
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1/4 teaspoon basil
    1/4 teaspoon oregano


Directions

Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or 4 hours on high.

Serving Size: Makes 8 one cup servings
