Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup oil
    1 egg
    3 egg whites

Directions

Grease and flour pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat egg whites until stiff
Mix in half of sugar
Mix flour, sugar, eggs, and oil.
Fold in egg whites
Pour into ban and bake
