Ingredients

4 to 6 lbs of oxtails (2 standard packs)
    2 quarts of Beef Stock
    8 oz Tomato Sauce
1 cup of ANY RED WINE YOU LIKE
1 Tablespoon of Oregano (dried or fresh)
    1 Tablespoon of Garlic (minced)
    1 Tablespoon Cilantro (chopped)
1 Packet of Goya Sazon seasoning
1 Tablespoon of Goya Adobo seasoning
1 Tablespoon of Badia Complete seasoning blend
1 Tablespoon of salt to taste
1 Tablespoon of pepper to taste

Tips

Red wine is optional

Directions

Prepare oxtails by rubbing all dry ingredients listed. Ensure to rub oxtails thoroughly as you do not want your seasoning to clump during the slow cooker process. Use a little oil if necessary to ensure all oxtails receive the "love" of the seasoning blend. Once your oxtails are covered with the dry, arrange them around the slow cooker. Then pour in your 1 glass of wine and 2 quarts of beef stock to cover. Place your slow cooker setting on high and plan your day for the next 6 hours. Periodically check your tails as they release a great deal of fat and you may have to skim every once in a while. Once they're done they should be fork tender. Enjoy over rice!
