Introduction

Use on own as a breakfast shake (a single serving is 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/2-1/2 cup pumpkin pie mix), or as a filling with my mini chocolate pie crusts!     2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
    1 cup pumpkin pie mix

    Optional:
    1 tbsp pepitas for garnish (calculated in nutrition)
    1/2 in of fresh ginger
    1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Tips

For healthier versions, use plain pumpkin puree and sweeten with honey.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
