Ingredients

2 packages (8 servings) Quorn Grounds
1 15oz can Tomato Sauce, 1.875 cup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup dry sloppy joe mix
Tips
Consider adding small amounts of additional seasonings like celery salt or cayenne pepper flakes, or condiments like barbeque sauce or brown mustard, for different and more strongly flavored sloppy joe.
Directions
Lightly coat crock with cooking spray.
Place all ingredients in crock and mix well.
Cook on high for 90 minutes or low for three hours until hot and flavors are blended. If the mixture becomes to dry, add 1/4 cup of additional water, stir, and and cook for at least five (high) or ten (low) minutes before adding more water.
Serve on sandwich thins or rolled into low-carb, whole-wheat tortillas with a couple of sides for a complete meal (and additional calories).
