Ingredients

    Trader Joe's Chicken Breast Medallions w/ Coconut Red Curry Sauce, 448 gram
    Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 1.5 cup (1" pieces)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup

Tips

Even if you're not a cauliflower fan, trust me and try it. It's the best vegetable for soaking up curry sauce, though personally I avoid it otherwise! :)


Directions

Pour in contents of Trader Joe's package. Add frozen veggies and stir. Cook medium-low 10-15 minutes until veggies thaw and cook in sauce.
