Ingredients

12 oz Veggie Penne- Tomato and Carrot
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded hot pepper cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 lbs. ground italian sausage
1/2 lbs. ground chuck (80/20)
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Tips
Sometimes I like to sprinkle a little crushed red pepper on the top prior to baking.
Directions
Boil water, and cook veggie penne pasta.
Meanwhile, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in large skillet, then add chopped onions and minced garlic, cook until softened. Brown ground chuck and italian sausage in skillet. Add spaghetti sauce to skillet and simmer.
When pasta is cooked, drain, then pour into 13x9 casserole dish. Pour meat sauce over penne, then layer cheeses over meat sauce.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
