Ingredients

    1-14.75 oz. can salmon, drained
    1 cup chopped fresh mushroom
    1 1/2 cup fresh bread cubes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup grated cheese
    1 TBS. lemon juice
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 small yellow sweet pepper
    1 heaping tsp. of dill weed

    Flake fish in bowl, removing all bones and skin. Add all remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly. Put into lightly greased slow cooker and shape into rounded loaf. I like to push it towards center so it is not touching sides of crock.

Directions

Low 4-5 hours
High 3 hours

Serving Size: cut into 8 slices
