Ingredients

2 cups Poha
1 medium capsicum (chopped in slices)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
4-5 french beans (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
10 gms peas
1 lemon's juice
Salt- to taste
1 string coriander
Tips
You can add salad items like cucumber, radish, cabbage, etc. instead of beans and capsicum. you can also use chat masala instead of salt.
Directions
Boil Capsicum and Beans in an open pan. Meanwhile wash Poha and let it drain. Then put Poha in a bowl and add tomato, onion and peas. Now add Capsicum and Beans in the bowl and sprinkle salt as per your taste. After this add lemon juice. Mix well... garnish with coriander leaves. Now Lemoni Poha is ready.
