Ingredients

    33-oz Coconut Water
    3 cups Kale Leaves, roughly chopped
    3 cups Chard Leaves, roughly chopped
    lg bunch parsley
    1 cucumber
    juice of 1 lime
    1 pear or apple, cored, roughly chopped
    1 frozen mango
    1 frozen banana
    1 avocado

Tips

Feel free to use frozen mango, blueberries, pineapple or bananas, to taste.


Directions

Process vegetables with liquids in the blender. Add fruit to taste.
