Ingredients

    1 bag pearled barley, rinsed
    2 lb. beef sirloin, cut into small pieces
    1 onion, diced
    3 carrots, peeled and diced
    3 bay leaves
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    water

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a crockpot and cover with water.
Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 10 2-cup servings
