Ingredients

    Tuna, tinned in water/brine (425g)
    Small Pasta (shells) 500g uncooked
    2 Fresh Eggs, beaten
    6 tbsp light mayonnaise
    1 cup shredded light cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to packet directions and drain.
Drain tuna and combine with mayonnaise and cheese.
Beat eggs and mix through drained pasta.
Layer half the pasta in a casserole dish.
Top with the tuna mixture.
Finish with the remaining pasta.
Sprinkle with a little cheese if desired.
Place in a medium oven (180 degrees Celscius) for 25 minutes til top of pasta browns.
Makes roughly six 1.5 cup servings.
