Ingredients

    4 Sprouted Corn Tortilla
    2/3 cup low fat low sodium chicken broth
    1 cup fire roasted tomatoes
    2/3 cup salsa
    1/2 cup corn
    1 small avocado (1/4 each)

Directions

Combine chicken broth, tomatoes, salsa, and corn in a saucepan. Bring to a boil on a high heat. then simmer for 8 minutes. season with salt and pepper.
heat tortilla in oven 375 for 9 minutes cut into pieces first. add avocado and tortilla to soup.
