Ingredients

2 cup skim milk
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1.5 cup frozen strawberry
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 medium banana
1 scoop chocolate whey protien powder ( you can use vanilla powder if you dont like the chocolate)
2 packets splenda
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend! Makes approx 4-10 oz servings. Store unused smoothie in fridge for later.
