    2 cups TJs Power to the Greens
    1 cup Coconut Milk
    1 cup grapes
    2 raw carrots
    2 celery stalks
    1/2 cup frozen mago
    1/2 cup frozen pineapple
    1/2 cup frozen berry medley
    1/2 scoop protein powder (Garden of Life Protein Powder)

    Extras: 3 brazil nuts, 1 Tbs Coconut Oil, some ice cubes

Tips

Can also add brazil nuts and coconut oil. May substitute almond milk for coconut milk.
