Ingredients

    Dry Black Bean, 2.5 cup
    Kroger Petite Diced peeled Tomatoes 14.5 oz, 1.75 cup, undrained
    garlic in a tube, 4 servings
    Onion powder, 1 Tbsp
    Water, 4 cups
    Bay Leaf

Directions

Sort and thoroughly rinse the beans.

Lightly coat the crock with cooking spray.

Add all ingredients and stir to mix.

Cook on low 8-10 hours or until beans are tender
