Ingredients

2 lb 93% Lean Ground Turkey
15 oz Hunts Chili Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
40 oz Mrs. Grimes Chili Beans
One Packet Williams Original Chili Seasoning
One Packet French’s Texas Style Chili Seasoning
5 Cups Spicy V8 Juice
Medium onion, diced
Medium Bell Pepper, diced
Directions
Brown the turkey. Once turkey starts getting a little brown, toss in the onions and peppers, and cover. Stir every 8-10 minutes until browned. If desired, and pepper and garlic salt at the first stir.
Meanwhile, add beans, tomatoes and 3 cups of Spicy V8 to 6 qt crock pot and stir together.
Once the turkey is browned, drain it, then add 2 cups of Spicy V8, along with both packets of chili mix. Stir and heat to boiling, usually only about 10 minutes.
Add the mixture to the crockpot and stir together.
Cook Chili on for 5 hrs on HI setting, then enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes 13 1-cup servings
