Ingredients

    1 Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffin
    1 large egg
    1-1/2 tbs shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tbs bacon bits
    8 oz juice

Directions

Fry egg in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Top with bacon bits and cheese and serve on toasted English muffin with 8 oz juice.
