    eggs
    ham
    shredded swiss cheese
    spinach
    mushrooms
    milk

Directions

•Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 6 large muffin cups with cooking spray.

•In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well then spoon into prepared muffin cups.

•Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until eggs are set. Serve immediately.

•Refridgerate any leftover egg muffins. Reheat for 30-60 seconds and enjoy!
