If you don't already have starter, activate the yeast in a cup of warm milk. Then add 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of flour. Allow to rise 5 or 6 days. Then add another 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of flour, and 1 cup sugar. On the 10th day, add another round of 1 Cup of sugar, milk, and flour. Mix well with all additions.

** Do not use anything metal to store it in or stir it with **
** Leave this out on your counter. Yes, it'll smell, but it IS sour dough. **
