Ingredients

    Leftover chicken thigh baked the day before
    onion cooked in olive oil
    kale
    asparagus tips
    mushrooms, maybe two tablespoons
    crushed red pepper
    cayenne pepper
    Nature's seasoning
    Tony Chachere's More Spice (if not hot enough)
    one leftover sausage link

Tips

If you are not doing low carb, it would be good to add carrots and even potatoes


Directions

saute onions in oil
add kale and asparagus when onions are transparent
add spice and stir
add chicken, diced up sausage link and then broth
cook for at least 4 minutes while boiling
if desired, add 1/2 tsp of cornstarch in a little bit of cold water to thicken
