    Garlic: 1 tsp. chopped
    Parsley: 1 Tbls. chopped, fresh
    Pepper: 1/4 fresh ground

    Tomato sauce: 1 cup 78 cal.
    Water: 1 cup
    Pasta shells: 1/4 cup about 60 cal.

Directions

Cook pork in small skillet and drain any grease; add garlic, parsley and black pepper and cook for about 4 min.; In a quart pot, put white beans, tomato sauce and water; bring heat up to just boiling stirring constantly; then lower heat and add pasta shells until shells are done; add parmasan cheese.
