    Dough: 2.5 cups of white flour. one cup of water. two tbsp butter. Two tbsp. sugar. .5 tbsp garlic salt. Oregano . One packet of yeast. Prepare on dough setting in bread machine. Saute a chicken breast in one pat of butter and one tsp. olive oil. Remove chicken from pan and add one tbsp of minced garlic. Stir in two tbsp. white flour. Slowly add .25 cup of chicken stock and .25 cup of milk. Stir constantly. Add more stock or milk to desired thickness. Put dough on pizza pan. Put sauce on dough. Put shredded mozzerella on top. Dice chicken breast and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes till crust is brown. Turn off oven and let pizza set in cooling oven for ten minutes . Remove from oven and slice.
    Press dough into round pizza pan.


Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes twelve slices.
