Ingredients

Egg, fresh, 1 large
Salt, 0.5 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1tsp
Baking Soda, 1tsp
Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, packed
Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup
Flour, white, 1.75 cup
Peanut butter (real) No sugar added creamy, 8 tbsp
Hershey Kisses (one kiss), 1 per serving
Directions
Makes 12 cookies.
Preheat oven to 350.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Cream together butter, pb and sugars. Add egg & vanilla.
Blend in dry ingredients gradually. Mix thoroughly. Scoop dough into balls (I use #40 scooper), roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet (I use a Sil-Pat). Bake at 350 for about 6 minutes. Remove from oven and place a kiss on top pressing down so the cookie cracks around the edges. Return to oven and bake for about 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown.
