Ingredients

    190 grams of pork steak
    1 tomato
    1 onion
    garlic granules
    salt/pepper
    parsley/rosemary
    Parchment Paper

Directions

1. Preheat oven at 180oC
2. Season both sides of the steak with the garlic, salt/pepper and/or some parsley/rosemary.
3. Slice the tomato and onion in layers
4. sandwich the steak between the onion slices (bottom) and the tomato slices (top) on top of a pice of parchment paper. Add 1 slice of a lemon.
5. fold and secure the parchment paper in a pouch.
6. bake for 1hr approximately.
