3 cups peeled, grated carrots
2 cups zucchini, unpeeled
2 cups apples, grated
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup craisins
Tips
Optional add 1/2 cup shredded coconut.
Directions
Bake @ 400 degrees for 16 minutes.
