Ingredients

    Quinoa, 1 cup
    Jimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles, 1 cup
    Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, .5 cup
    Egg, 4 large
    Liquid egg whites, 1.5 cup
    Kale, 1 cup, chopped
    Cavender's Greek Seasoning, to taste

Directions

Cook Quinoa according to package directions, let cool.
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk.
Grease muffin pan with PAM and fill each cup 2/3 full.
Bake for 30 Min at 350 degrees.
Serve warm.
