Ingredients
-
28 Wonton wrappers
Canola or veggie Oil to brush onto wrappers
3 cups FAGE Total 2%
1 6 oz container Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
2 cups Sour Cream
1/3 Unsweetened Cocoa powder
approx 1 c Powdered Sugar
Blueberries - Fresh or frozen (thawed slowly)
Raspberries - Fresh or frozen (thawed slowly)
1 Granny smith apple - thinly sliced (using a mandoline)
Peach slices - Fresh or frozen (thawed slowly)
Tips
If using frozen fruit, plan ahead and thaw either on the counter for 2-3 hours or in the fridge overnight. When thawing in the microwave they breakdown too much and get soggy. By allowing to thaw slowly they retain their juices inside the fruit.
Directions
Brush the wonton wrappers with oil on both sides, drape and fold over upside-down muffin pans (press the creases in or they will separate). Bake for 7-10 min at 375. Watch Carefully after 7 min!!! they burn fast! Let sit to cool.
Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, sugar and cocoa powder. When cups are cool, place a large dollop in each.
Pile on the fruit. Nutritional info is based on 3 blueberries, 4 raspberries, 1 peach slice and 1 apple slice each, but add or take away as you like.
