Introduction

Yummy for when you want some mexican food. For lunch! I had leftovers and this is what I came up with. Yummy for when you want some mexican food. For lunch! I had leftovers and this is what I came up with.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 oz steak, or chicken
    1/2 a bell pepper
    1/2 onion
    Tsp of Cilantro
    1 Tbsp of Lime Juice
    2Tbsp of Sour cream(optional)
    2Tbsp of Salsa (Optional)
    1/2 tsp cooking oil or your choice
    cumin

Tips

Dip your fork in the salsa and sour cream and scoop up some meat and veggies! OOhhh its so good!


Directions

Heat a pan with oil, add sliced onions, and peppers- cook until soft add thinly sliced steak or chicken and cook until steak is at what you like, cook chicken all the way through. Add a dash of cumin, and splash of lime juice. Transfer to plate, add cilantro, and more lime juice if desired. Serve with Salsa and sour cream.

Serving Size: Makes 2 serivings for lunch or 1 for dinner
