Introduction

These are a great little pick me up in the mid morning or late afternoon. These are a great little pick me up in the mid morning or late afternoon.
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    4 Tbs Agave Nectar
    6 Tbs PB2 powdered peanut butter (mixed w/ water)
    1 C old fashioned oats (Dry)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 C shredded coconut (unsweetened)
    6 Tbs Flaxseed Meal
    3/4 C raisins (can use chocolate chips if you prefer but that adds to the calories)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. Store in sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Serving Size: makes 30 1 inch balls
