Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 oz of chicken (grilled and diced)
    1/3 cup of Craisins
    1/3 cup diced apple (we used Honeycrisp)
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup greek yogurt (we used Vanilla)
    4 Tbs Mayonnaise
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

You could also add 1/3 c of grapes (quartered) and/or 1/3 c of celery (diced). I just add my celery on top of my sandwich because not everyone in the family likes it!


Directions

Cut all your ingredients and mix in a bowl until combined. Put on bread or in a wrap and enjoy!
