    Incredible!

The only thing I added was 4 tsp. of Taco Seasoning for a little more flavor. Very good and husband gave it 5 stars and said to make it again. Next time I will cube potatoes instead of slicing them. I bet it would be good with rice also. - 3/12/10

    Incredible!
Love all the veggies! I added a soup can of water so it was more of a soup. Great to Come home to on a cold day! - 12/6/17

    Very Good
Great recipe! I tweaked this recipe a bit also, and added the taco seasoning and cubed my potatoes like others recommended. I also added some oregano, basil, tarragon, minced garlic (add all the spices to your own liking) & a couple bay leaves. My house smelled so delightful and it tasted great too! - 2/19/15

    Good
I served it on rice it was good, but it was bland, need more seasoning.
I added the peas the last 20mins so it would keep it nice color.
I think if I do it again I would use a can dice tomato insted of tomato soup and perhaps taco seasoning.
