Number of Servings: 16

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup natural peanut butter
3 cups shredded wheat spoon size cereal, coarsely crushed
3/4 cup dried apricots, cut into bite pieces

Original recipe called for raisins - I substituted apricots. Could use other dried fruit.

1.Use your stove top: Mix sugar, honey and peanut butter in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until bubbly at edges; stir until well blended.
2. Stir in cereal and apricots. Press firmly into 8-inch sprayed with cooking spray. Cool.
3. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container. Makes 16 servings, 1 bar each.

Serving Size: Makes 16 squares
