Ingredients

    2 cups torn or shredded Lettuce of your choice
    8 Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips -sliced bite-size
    6 Grape Tomatoes - halved
    2 TBSP Tomato Ketchup (more or less to your taste)
    2 TBSP. Yellow Mustard (more or less to your taste)
    1 Slice American Cheese
    4 ounces raw Ground Round or 1 (3 oz.) precooked patty.
    Salt & Pepper

Tips

If you like Mayo on your burger, a little light Mayo can be added for just a few more calories. Spread on the burger or scatter a few drops over the salad.

Contains a large serving of lettuce but needs absolutely no dressing because of the condiments that top it.


Directions

Make ground round into a patty. Season with salt & pepper. broil or pan fry (without oil) to desired doneness. Top with sliced cheese, cover just until cheese is melted. Remove to drain on paper towel.

While burger is cooking: Tear or Shred Lettuce onto a plate. Very lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Top with the quartered dill pickles, onion pieces and halved grape tomatoes. Drizzle or drip Ketchup and Mustard over the salad.

Place Cheeseburger on top of lettuce combination and serve.
